  • Automotive Dealership European Auto Expo | Lodi, NJ Only candidates with relevant automotive dealership office experience will be considered (8 years minimum experience) European Auto Expo is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our automotive dealership.
The ideal candidate has strong automotive dealership office experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands dealership operations and can take ownership of the office, ensuring all deals, titles, funding, and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate inventory records, vehicle expenses, and dealership-related costs. Process and manage vehicle titles, including title flips, transfers, and necessary paperwork. Package deals and verify funding to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate. Process license plates and registrations across all 50 states. Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with dealership procedures. Coordinate with lenders, banks, and financial institutions regarding funding and deal documentation. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, expenses, and other financial transactions. Assist with basic accounting tasks, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage and organize dealership paperwork, contracts, invoices, and customer records. Monitor outstanding titles, funding, and other pending administrative items to ensure timely completion. Work closely with the sales, finance, and management teams to keep dealership operations running smoothly. Identify administrative errors or discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Maintain confidentiality of customer, financial, and dealership information. Assist with additional office management duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous automotive dealership office management experience is required. Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including titles, deal processing, funding, and registrations. Experience processing plates and registrations in multiple states; knowledge of all 50 states is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and data tracking. Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus.
