Job Summary:
We are seeking a bright, energetic, and pleasant legal receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, organizing and photocopying documents, calling clients on various matters, and providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Must be well-spoken, experienced with Needles is a plus, Microsoft Outlook, and have administrative/office experience.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings on the calendar. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Must dress professionally and maintain a polished appearance. Must have a great personality and positive attitude.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be bilingual (English & Spanish Speaking) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.Experience:
