Job Description

ASL is looking for an Office Administrator.

•Full Time - Monday thru Friday with flex hours Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide essential support to our dynamic team, ensuring efficient daily operations, managing records and databases, as well as facilitating communication between team members, drivers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties:

Handle general office tasks, supply management, and support for department activities.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison, answering phones, handling inquiries, and relaying messages to ensure smooth information flow.

Record Keeping:

Track equipment movements, monitor document expirations, audit invoices and file driver qualifications.

Compliance:

Process IRP renewals monthly. Enter and file data quarterly for

IFTA, NY HUT, CT

HUF and KYU.

Operational Support:

Program and troubleshoot driver tablets, review safety events in Samsara, conduct weekly driver safety score report. Qualifications & Skills Relevant experience in administration preferred. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in an office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, database management). Strong understanding of general office procedures and excellent telephone etiquette.

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
