Job Description

Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their team in Princeton, NJ . In this direct hire role, you will be responsible for managing the firm's financial operations, payroll, client billing, vendor payments, and IT supervision while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage firm payroll accurately and on time Track and reconcile bank accounts and manage firm finances Invoice clients for attorney time and costs including via client e-billing systems Process payments to vendors including through a foreign exchange agent (Corpay) Manage payments to partners and firm expenses including Amex, Vanguard, medical insurance, and malpractice insurance Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks and provide financial information to the firm's CPA for K-1 preparation Oversee IT systems and vendor relationships including GoDaddy, Comcast, Foundation IP docketing system, Office 365, and
Carbonite Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required 3-5 years of legal environment experience required Advanced, standalone proficiency in QuickBooks required Experience navigating client e-billing portals required Familiarity with foreign exchange payment platforms such as Corpay is a plus Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential financial and legal information with discretion Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay & Schedule:
Salary:
$115,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30
