This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, supporting real estate transactions, and ensuring smooth technological functioning within the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment while utilizing a broad skill set. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and physical office needs, and ensuring a well-organized workspace. Provide paralegal support for real estate transactions by preparing retainers, sale documents, and client correspondence. Send requests for, and receive / review, public records from municipalities and other government offices. Research, implement, and troubleshoot automation tools and other technology to improve operational efficiency. Act as the go-to person for basic computer issues; outside support is available but foundational knowledge is essential. Maintain computer literacy across productivity software, technical tools, and social media platforms to support marketing efforts. Plan and coordinate staff events, holiday parties, and client appreciation activities; handle purchasing of holiday gifts for clients. Manage social media marketing efforts to promote the company's brand and engage with clients online. Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting team members as needed. Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace). Technical proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting basic issues and supporting automation tools. Excellent computer literacy skills across various platforms and social media channels. Experience in real estate transactions or legal support is preferred but not required; familiarity with preparing legal documents such as retainers and sale documents is advantageous. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate events and interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This role is an integral part of our team dedicated to maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting our growth initiatives through technology, event planning, and client engagement.
Pay:
$1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week
