Job Description
Job Overview Kilduff Underground Engineering (KUE) is looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our busy Tinton Falls, office. In this role, you will provide both clerical and administrative support to our team including the coordination and implementation of office procedures. Are you a strong administrator who can show enthusiasm to learn and progress? Can you multitask in a fast-paced environment? Responsibilities Taking care of front-of-house duties, such as greeting and directing visitors and handling deliveries Maintaining filing system for easy storage and retrieval Helping to maintain a positive and pleasant working environment Marketing company services and events on Social Media Marketing Tasks including working with the software In-Design © to develop company Quals & marketing materials Helping to Develop and Maintaining general company policies in an Employee Handbook Scheduling appointments, flights and organizing meetings Taking and distributing meeting minutes Creating and proofreading documents and drafting emails Assisting in Invoice preparation and supporting Accounts Receivables Taking care of routine clerical tasks, such as the ordering of office supplies Other details about this position Must be proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have valid US Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the United States IT related skills are a plus Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
