The Office Manager will act as a central point of coordination across teams, supporting a highly polished, efficient, and welcoming office environment. This individual will also play a key role in supporting internal events and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a strong and connected company culture. This role is based in Midtown New York and requires in-office presence five days per week. Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Facilities Oversee daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard environment Manage reception and front-of-house experience, including mail, deliveries, and visitor coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, including conference room coordination and general support Partner with building management and vendors to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility services Manage office supplies, equipment, and purchasing in alignment with company policies and budgets Coordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and internal moves Ensure all shared spaces and resources are maintained to a consistently high standard Vendor Management & Procurement Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors (catering, office services, facilities support) Obtain and compare quotes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions Track invoices and manage vendor-related budgets and approvals Employee Experience & Engagement Support the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and office initiatives Coordinate logistics for in-office activations, including vendor sourcing and on-site execution Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support employee engagement efforts Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and elevated office culture Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding logistics for corporate employees Act as liaison for shipping, courier services, and general office coordination Support cross-functional projects and office-related initiatives as needed Participate in special projects, including events that may occur outside of regular business hours Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing vendors and budgets Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a polished, professional environment Why Join Us This is an opportunity to be part of a brand that values excellence, creativity, and a strong sense of community.
