Office in person Las Vegas Kondler & Associates, CPAs Assistant Administrator, is the first individual that our clients communicate with whether it is in person or by phone. This position requires a self-starter, who can multi tasks in a fast-paced environment, while creating a pleasant working relationship with our clients and staff. This individual will learn the importance of the clients' call and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining a positive first impression. Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members. Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time utilization. Support office management tasks including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly. Assist management with other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills. Proper phone etiquette Minimum of 1 -3 years' work experience preferable in an accounting environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Communication with management on job status as assigned. Assisting other staff, seniors and management with meeting deadlines and client expectations
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette across multi-line systems. Excellent verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
