Job Description

Painting Pros is a growing painting company focused on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office & Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations, support our field teams, and create an outstanding experience for our customers. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and helping a small business grow. Position Overview The Office & Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations while coordinating schedules, customer communication, estimating support, billing, marketing efforts, and field supervisor management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing both administrative and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and text Schedule estimates, projects, and crew assignments Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure smooth project execution Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and customer follow-ups Manage accounts payable and basic bookkeeping tasks Track project schedules, job progress, and completion timelines Support lead generation and marketing campaigns Help maintain CRM and customer databases Monitor online reviews and customer satisfaction Assist ownership with reporting, operations, and process improvement Help recruit, onboard, and support field staff as needed Qualifications Previous office management, operations, or administrative experience preferred Experience in construction, home services, painting, or trades industry is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks independently Comfortable using office software, scheduling systems, and QuickBooks/CRM tools Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Leadership experience or team coordination experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for advancement within a growing company To Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction describing your experience and why you would be a good fit for this role.
