What You'll Do Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with patient scheduling Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and help manage front desk payments Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional front office environment Core Values We Live By Do Your Part - You take ownership, show up for the team, and always give your best. Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:
