Under the direction of the office manager, the assistant office manager is responsible for delegating and monitoring work assignments to clerical staff to insure that the flow of required paperwork, statistics and filing is maintained. The assistant may be required, in the absence of the office manager, to resolve personnel problems and manage employee relations within the facility office. The assistant office manager is expected to draft correspondence and reports, perform routine office work, and monitor purchasing, personnel, payroll and time information.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma. Staff supervision experience preferred. Demonstrated skills in the areas of word processing and other computer software applications. Experience in drafting correspondence and reports.
Pay:
$37,000.00 - $39,500.00 per year
