Cantwell Landscape & Design Cantwell Landscape & Design is seeking a reliable, highly organized Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeping Support professional to assist with the day-to-day administrative and financial organization of our established landscape design and property management company. This is an in-office position for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with QuickBooks, and capable of keeping client accounts, contracts, financial records, and general office operations organized and current. Responsibilities Set up, organize, and maintain client contracts and account records Monitor client accounts, payments, balances, and accounts receivable Follow up on outstanding client balances as needed Maintain and review information within QuickBooks Provide general oversight of bank and credit-card activity and maintain supporting documentation Assist with account reconciliation as needed Track and organize vendor bills, payments, receipts, and records Maintain accurate client and vendor information Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Coordinate financial records and documentation with the company's bookkeeper and accountant Help identify missing information, discrepancies, or account issues requiring attention Perform general office and administrative duties Assist ownership with correspondence, paperwork, account follow-up, and day-to-day administrative needs Qualifications Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks required Previous bookkeeping support, office management, or administrative experience Experience working with accounts receivable and financial records Excellent organizational and filing skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, professional, and discreet Able to work independently and take ownership of ongoing responsibilities Comfortable identifying and following up on discrepancies or incomplete records Strong communication and computer skills Position Part-Time | In-House Hours and schedule can be discussed based on experience and availability.
