We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to provide support to a small property management office. Responsibilities Answer all incoming office calls and direct to appropriate staff member or provide customer service to caller Provide front office support, greet visitors, and handle inquiries or direct to the appropriate person. Track and manage all current insurance for tenants and contractors Manage monthly on call schedule for maintenance staff Update monthly elevator flyers for building events and tenant information Main point of contact for kiosk vendors. Schedule, promote, organize, and manage payment. Work alongside Property Manager to help organize and run building wide events throughout the year. Promote to tenants, manage sign up lists and marketing for events. Set up and break down for event day (all regular business hours). Manage and update company website and social media Create work orders to maintenance in work order system Record and update minutes for weekly meetings Perform clerical tasks for office and maintenance staff daily Help staff with overflow tasks as needed This position is the main support to the office staff. Job duties may change as we develop certain needs. The individual selected for this position should be flexible with accepting duties but also willing to learn and adapt to changes. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people Customer Service oriented attitude and behavior Willingness to learn and adapt Must have good interpersonal skills and contribute positively to the team environment Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Publisher)
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
