Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and providing exceptional customer support. Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization of common areas to ensure a productive workspace. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software like Microsoft Office applications. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members with strong organizational skills. Assist with clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports with high attention to detail. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets. Dental Office experience is preffered Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and proofreading documents. Previous clerical or administrative experience supporting front desk operations or customer service roles. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management best practices. Personal assistant or customer support experience is a plus for handling client communication professionally.
