We keep our customers code-compliant and protected, with a team that answers the phone, solves problems, and shows up when we say we will. The Role We are looking for a full-time, in-office Office Manager to run the administrative and operational engine of our business.

This is a peer-accountable seat:

you'll work closely with our Service Manager, Scheduler, Shop Supervisor and Billing team to keep work moving by following up on commitments, removing administrative bottlenecks, making sure deficiency quotes reach customers promptly, keeping payments and vendors organized, and giving ownership a clear view of key operating metrics. This role reports directly to the owners. For the right person it is designed to grow into an Operations Manager position as the company scales. What You'll Own Accounts payable and third-party payment platforms Oversight of the deficiency-to-quote pipeline, holding the 48-hour turnaround standard Weekly office cadence and monthly management meeting rhythm Weekly KPI reporting to the owners Continuous improvement of office processes, systems and handoffs What You'll Learn Over Time Backup coverage on weekly payroll Vendor negotiation Insurance and compliance calendar management Advancement toward Operations Manager What We're Looking For Two-plus years in an office manager or operations coordinator role. Experience in a field-service or trade business is preferred - HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, fire protection or similar environment. Comfort with peer accountability. You can hold others to agreed deadlines and standards without making it personal. Technology-forward. You learn new tools rather than resist them. Able to identify a problem, follow it through, and make sure it actually gets resolved Full-time, in-office, five days a week Compensation Base salary of $68,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience, plus 401K match, PTO and Holidays. Growth trajectory to Operations Manager as the business scales.
