Primary Responsibilities Client Experience Create an environment where every client feels welcomed, valued, and confident they are receiving an exceptional experience. Welcome clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while ensuring clients receive timely assistance. Prepare meeting spaces that reflect the professionalism and attention to detail our clients expect. Build positive relationships with clients through thoughtful communication, responsiveness, and follow-through. Recognize opportunities to exceed expectations by anticipating client needs whenever possible. Administrative Support Help create an organized and efficient office that allows every team member to perform at their highest level. Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors, Director of Operations, and Client Service Associate. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative projects while balancing multiple priorities. Prepare client meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organize electronic and paper files to ensure information is complete, secure, and easily accessible. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and day-to-day office operations. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while remaining flexible and willing to assist wherever needed. Team Collaboration Success at Disbennett Wealth Management is built on collaboration. Required Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in wealth management, financial services, or a regulated environment Experience improving processes, workflows, or operational systems Experience with Adobe and CRM systems
