This role is the bridge between patients, providers, and staff, ensuring that the office runs smoothly while creating an environment where both patients and team members feel like family. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice with efficiency and excellence Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential Partner with Regional Directors and HR to support staff needs, evaluations, and career growth Lead daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive alignment and engagement Ensure provider schedules are optimized to meet production, revenue, and collection goals Handle payroll, scheduling, and staffing to maintain smooth office operations Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, care, and timeliness Uphold compliance with Hudec Dental's mission, values, and standards of care
