Because we are looking for a Front Office Supervisor! What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for the oversight of Front Desk Hosts, guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing Other duties may include processing forms of payment, and responding to guest inquiries
