Minimum 2 years in MS/Tele setting Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $59.18/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting Float within units of comparable or lower acuity as needed Monitor telemetry and perform IV start procedures Utilize EPIC electronic health records system efficiently Handle patient ratios typically of 1:4-5 Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety during night shiftsWhat You Need Required:
Valid Ohio nursing license or appropriate compact licensure Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience Current BCLS certification Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and IV starts Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skillsPreferred:
