Office Administrator -
East Liverpool, OH Schedule:
Monday-Friday Part-time during training , transitioning to full-time Full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
Starting at $18/hour

Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator for a busy office in the East Liverpool area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Bills of Lading, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document management Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks Answer phones and assist with general inquiries Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed Requirements Prior experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) required Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience in a logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environment Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation EOE
