Job Description

We are a busy office seeking an Office Administrator.
The job duties include:
Accounts Receivable (A/R) Receiving shipments Inventory control Answering phones Assisting in improving sales Managing warehouse/ janitorial staff Handling inside sales Maintaining a clean and organized showroom Overseeing all aspects of the commercial cleaning side of the business Opening and closing the storefront Timekeeping Hiring personnel. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask and computer experience a must. The individual should be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service skills. The ability to pull small orders under 50 lbs is required. Previous office experience is mandatory. A clear background check and a valid driver's license are also necessary.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Summary:
As an Office administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will use your skills in office management and communication to lead a team and manage schedules. Your expertise in event planning and budgeting will enhance our operational effectiveness. Additionally, your relevant experience in office management and staff training will contribute to creating a well-organized and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
