Leadership:
Run day-to-day office operations, supervise and coach staff, foster a positive customer-focused culture, and help implement company goals.Customer Service:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, resolve escalated concerns, build lasting relationships, and drive retention and renewals.Scheduling & Operations:
Schedule residential and commercial services, coordinate technician routes and workloads, manage weather-related adjustments, and support daily field operations.Financial Administration:
Manage accounts receivable, process payments, coordinate collections, prepare reports, and support budgeting.Marketing & Community:
Coordinate and attend community and Chamber of Commerce events, and manage promotions and customer appreciation programs.Human Resources:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and policy implementation.
Technology:
Use CRM, scheduling, and routing software plus Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and maintain electronic records. What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and creating a great experience for customers and employees. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, dependable, adaptable, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator.Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in office management, operations, or business administration; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service; proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software; ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality; and a valid driver's license. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Preferred:
Experience in pest control, home services, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, lawn care, construction, or another field-service or recurring-service business; plus accounts receivable and business reporting experience.
