Front Desk Administrative Coordinator | Customer-Focused Office Role ? Wilsonville, OR | ? Why This Opportunity Stands Out + Strong administrative and coordination focus + High-impact role as the first point of contact for customers and visitors + Steady weekday schedule + Collaborative, team-oriented work environment + Great exposure to business operations and internal teams What You'll Be Responsible ForFront Desk & Customer Interaction + Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls (20-25+ per day) + Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally + Provide general information and basic pricing support + Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Administrative & Data Entry (Core Focus) + Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail + Enter customer, order, and payment information into internal systems + Track and log incoming checks, payments, and transactions + Maintain organized digital and physical records + Assist with reporting and tracking logs as needed + Review data for accuracy and completeness Office Operations Support + Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries + Monitor and restock office supplies + Process credit card transactions securely and accurately + Support internal teams with administrative tasks and workflow coordination What We're Looking For + Experience in administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles + Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) + Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Preferred (Nice to Have) + Experience with CRM, SAP, or similar systems + Experience in processing payments (checks, credit cards) + Familiarity with order entry, pricing support, or sales environments + Bilingual Spanish skills

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
