Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. Duties/Responsibilities Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Ensures any customer related calls are handled in an expedient manner. Welcomes and directs visitors. Basic bookkeeping and accounts payable support with solid understanding of accounting principles Maintains labor information by collating, calculating and entering data. Coordinates confidential reports such as statistical, sales and financial reports for distribution. Assists in planning meetings and events. Supports the HR function with recruitment and onboarding tasks. Manages all mail related activities. Assists with document management. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and visitors. Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing factors, conditions or environments. Associates degree or higher preferred.
