Office Administrator We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team player to join our office team. This is a diverse position in a flexible work environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We place a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and accuracy, and our team members routinely cross-check and balance each other's work to ensure our records and processes remain accurate. Responsibilities
- Create and send customer invoices using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Purchase and procure production and office supplies
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Count and record weekly inventory
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and processes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required
