Job Description
Provide administrative and fiscal support to agency administrative and supervisory staff.
- Process and support accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing, employer tax payments, garnishments, retirement contributions, and required tax filings.
- Maintain accurate administrative, financial, personnel, and historical records.
- Prepare budgets, monthly budget reports, fiscal reviews, and financial information for leadership review.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, mail, office supplies, equipment, and office procedures.
- Support personnel processes, including benefits coordination, policy updates, recruiting support, orientation, training, PTO tracking, and background/clearance verifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, agency, and individual information.
- Communicate professionally with employees, individuals supported, families, vendors, and outside agencies.
- Attend trainings and meetings as assigned and perform other duties as needed to support agency operations.
