Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Front Office, Project Manager - INTL India Pittsburgh, PA Posted yesterday Apply Now Job Description We are seeking a senior Project Manager with deep Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience and a proven track record leading the end-to-end delivery of Front Office transformation programs, specifically CRM and/or CPQ initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle within a complex Supply Chain environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with hands-on experience delivering enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solutions from requirements through deployment and post-production stabilization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or CPQ projects. Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Drive execution across business, product, delivery, and technical teams. Ensure successful planning, estimation, and execution of project deliverables. Participate in and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove delivery roadblocks and support teams in achieving project objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational and customer-facing business goals. Track and report delivery metrics and project health indicators, including: Velocity Trends Committed vs. Delivered Defect Leakage / Escaped Defects Successful Deployment Frequency Code Coverage Automation Coverage Technical Debt Tracking Conduct regular team 1:1s and document action items and outcomes. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and delivery excellence across the program. Manage vendor, SI, and cross-functional teams involved in CRM/CPQ implementations.
