Established medical based primary eyecare office is seeking enthusiastic self-starter. Optical experience required. Successful applicant must be personable and professional with excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Must also be a quick learner and work unsupervised and with a group. Your job will include (any specific jobs can also be delegated)
GENERAL:
Serve as the office's trouble-shooter for employees and for patients. Plan, allocate, and assign duties and responsibilities to all employees. Maintain quality control of product and patient experience Maintain smooth office flow Coordinate relationships with optical lab Maintain frame boards/meet vendors
DAILY:
Coordinate daily work schedules. Help in all aspects of daily tasks Inspect and supervise condition of office interior. Coordinate cleaning/maintenance of building and grounds Monitor staff for quality performance.. Coordinate repair of equipment, fixtures and building. Maintain/order office supplies. Arrange interviews and assist in interviewing possible new hires. Coordinate training for new employees. Maintain office calendar. Coordinate special events. Coordinate staff meetings Coordinate meetings with vendors Advise doctors of needed improvements. Be able to pre-test patients and back up Optometric Assistants for patient care. Insurance billing, accounts receivables, etc
MONTHLY:
Assist in monthly staff meetings.
