We have a massive pipeline of exciting products moving out of development and a fierce, clear vision for the future: scaling our revenue from $1.5M to $10M over the next decade with plans to go public. We operate with a lean, high-output team. If you want your fingerprints on a company destined for an IPO, this is your launchpad. Role Overview We are looking for a hybrid force to join our team in Ansonia. You will spend roughly 75% of your week (30 hours) driving our visual brand through YouTube production and social media management. The remaining 25% (10 hours) will be dedicated to keeping our cash flow and engine running smoothly through essential administrative and Accounts Receivable (A/R) support. This is an in-office job with no hybrid or work from home Core Responsibilities. Content Creation & Social Media (30 Hours/Week)
Video Production:
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging YouTube videos showcasing our new product launches.
Channel Management:
Optimize YouTube uploads with strong SEO titles, descriptions, tags, and eye-catching thumbnails.
Social Strategy:
Manage and grow our presence across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Content Calendar:
Maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with our rapid product release cycles. Administrative & Accounts Receivable (10 Hours/Week)
A/R Management:
Generate and issue customer invoices, log incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Cash Flow Support:
Reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accurate recording of sales data.
Office Support:
Handle general administrative tasks, digital filing, and incoming correspondence.
Team Liaison:
Assist leadership with basic organization to keep operations lean and efficient.
Qualifications Video Portfolio:
Proven experience shooting and editing video (experience growing a YouTube channel is a massive plus).
Software Skills:
Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) and thumbnail design (Canva/Photoshop).
Invoicing & Math:
Comfort with basic accounting principles, invoicing, data entry, and digital spreadsheets (Excel/QuickBooks).
Growth Mindset:
A self-starter attitude comfortable with the fast pace and evolving nature of a scaling startup.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills, especially for professional client communication regarding billing.
