Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team and support our leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our organization, coordinating projects, managing schedules, and fostering a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to every task, helping us achieve our goals efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Manage daily office operations, including overseeing supplies, facilities, and front desk activities to maintain an organized and welcoming environment. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote engagement and collaboration across departments. Handle internal communication channels efficiently, ensuring timely dissemination of information and seamless collaboration among teams. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools to streamline workflows and track ongoing projects. Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking. Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining high standards of accuracy in tasks such as proofreading, transcription, and data entry. Experience Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and video conferencing software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience coordinating events, business travel arrangements, and managing complex calendars for executives. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle internal and external correspondence confidently. Familiarity with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks, Pak Energy and basic accounting procedures is preferred. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks. Pay:
$36,205.56 - $58,054.01 per year
