Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our Athletic Installation Company office team! We are based in Rollinsford, NH but this would be a remote opportunity for someone living in the Seacoast Area. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across departments. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and enhance overall office functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative expertise to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced setting. Duties Oversee office management tasks such as answering phone calls, data entry, and organizing documents using spreadsheets and productivity software Handle calendar management and scheduling for staff and executives, ensuring timely appointments and meetings Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries and support needs Maintain accurate records through proofreading, data entry, and file organization using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Google Workspace Requirements Ability to work independantly as a fully remote employee Office hours Monday-Friday during the day, no weekend. Pay will be salary based on experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software; familiarity with spreadsheets is essential Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing accuracy, proofreading, and technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems Demonstrated professionalism in phone communication and client interaction; adherence to proper phone etiquette is essential Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Office Administrator where your organizational talents will shine!
