We're looking for a friendly, confident, and dependable Office Administrator to be the first voice our clients hear. You'll respond to new inquiries, guide conversations using proven scripts, and help keep our consultation calendar full and running smoothly. This is a structured role with clear systems — but it also allows you to bring your personality, positivity, and professionalism to every conversation. What You'll Do Lead & Calendar Ownership Call new appointment requests quickly Schedule, reschedule, and manage consultations Follow up consistently with unresponsive leads Keep the sales calendar full and organized Office Management Create spreadsheets and input data Create systems to help track data Create new processes to help the business Client Communication Handle inbound phone calls with warmth and clarity Make outbound follow-up calls daily Use provided scripts confidently Guide conversations toward booking consultations Maintain a calm, professional tone — even with tough clients What Makes Someone Successful Here You genuinely enjoy talking with people You enjoy implementing processes and systems You're organized and detail-oriented You like clear expectations and structured systems You take ownership of results (especially the calendar) You follow through and don't let things slip You're coachable and open to feedback You prefer stability and consistency over chaos Qualifications 1+ year in admin, scheduling, customer service, or phone-based role Comfortable spending much of your day on calls Proficient in Google Drive / spreadsheets Strong verbal communication skills Quiet, professional workspace (for remote work)
