About Us We've been in the windshield wiper business since 1991, and the founding families are still here, still guiding the team and still excited about where we're headed. Over the years we've grown into a manufacturer and distributor of wiper blade programs and wiper system parts serving a wide range of markets including automotive, heavy duty truck, RV, marine, construction, ag, and specialty vehicles. And we're still growing. We're a tight-knit team that moves fast, takes care of our customers, and takes pride in what we build. In fact, this role is part of an exciting next chapter. We're opening a brand new sales and administration office in Downtown Sanford, FL, while maintaining our headquarters in Pine Brook, NJ. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you. About the Role This is a central role in our operation. As our Office Administrator / Manager, your first priority every single day is making sure our customers are taken care of. That means answering questions from long-time accounts and helping new customers find exactly what they need. You'll work hands-on with every department and report directly to ownership, giving you real visibility into the business and real impact on how it runs. We're also actively implementing new tools and systems, and we want someone who brings fresh eyes to the day-to-day. Someone who'll speak up when they see a better way to serve our customers. If you're someone who likes wearing multiple hats, solving problems before they become fires, and building relationships with people you genuinely enjoy helping, this might be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Serving as the first point of contact for existing customers and new inquiries via phone, email, and other channels Managing day-to-day office operations and keeping things running smoothly Coordinating across departments including sales, warehouse, and marketing to make sure nothing falls through the cracks Supporting ownership with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as needed Helping build and improve processes as the company grows What We're Looking For Someone with a genuine customer-first attitude who enjoys helping people and it shows Strong communicator, both written and verbal Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Strong computer skills and a quick learner, because we move fast and our tools continue to evolve Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite is a strong plus, particularly Outlook, Teams, Planner, and SharePoint Comfortable with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, which we use actively and expect to grow Eager to engage with new technology and systems as we evolve, because your input on improving the customer experience will genuinely be welcomed Previous experience in an office admin, customer service, or coordinator role preferred Experience in a B2B, distribution, or trades environment is a plus but not required The Setup Full-time, in-office position in Downtown Sanford, FL, a great spot with plenty of local flavor Work-from-home flexibility available $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience Direct working relationship with ownership, where your contributions will be seen and valued
