Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
  • Experience in project coordination is a plus
