Job Summary Cotton Cuts is a fast-growing, woman-owned ecommerce subscription company delivering quilting inspiration to members across the country. We are looking for an Office Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Chesterfield headquarters — the person who ensures everyone has what they need, when they need it. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of coordination between suppliers, members, and the production team Manage day-to-day office operations: supply ordering, vendor management, and facilities oversight Support the CEO and leadership team with scheduling, correspondence, and project tracking Maintain and optimize web-based tools and platforms (CRM, project management, ecommerce systems) Manage professional communications in alignment with our brand standards Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and operational efficiency Support new team member onboarding logistics Identify and resolve operational issues proactively Assist with ad hoc projects as needed — we are growing fast! Requirements 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or executive support Proficiency with web-based software platforms; quick learner of new systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Professional, positive, and dependable — always Preferred Qualifications Experience with ecommerce, subscription, or retail operations Familiarity with platforms such as BigCommerce, Mailchimp, Zendesk, or similar tools Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team What We Offer A meaningful role with real impact at a growing, mission-driven company Flexible, deliverables-based work environment Hybrid schedule — primarily on-site in Chesterfield with remote flexibility A tight-knit, high-performing team that genuinely cares about each other and the members we serve
