Pest Control Office Administrator Schedule:
4 days in office / 1 day remote

Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Pest Control Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, while also providing excellent customer service and supporting our field technicians. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and employees, managing schedules, and handling multiple priorities throughout the day. This role combines office administration, customer service, scheduling, sales, and operational support . Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Scheduling Schedule pest control services for existing residential and commercial clients. Coordinate recurring service appointments and ensure customers remain on schedule. Schedule one-time pest control services for new and existing customers. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels to answer questions and provide updates. Reschedule appointments and address scheduling conflicts as needed. Maintain accurate customer records and service information. Sales Speak with customers about their pest control needs and recommend appropriate services. Sell one-time pest control services as well as recurring service plans. Clearly explain service options, pricing, and expectations to customers. Follow up with leads and prospective customers when appropriate. Help identify opportunities to retain existing customers and grow recurring service accounts. Daily Operations & Management Support Work closely with management on the daily operations of the business. Assist with coordinating technician schedules and daily routes. Help monitor the day's appointments and make adjustments as needed. Provide administrative and organizational support to management. Assist with tracking customer requests, service issues, and follow-ups. Help ensure office procedures and workflows are completed accurately and efficiently. Field Technician Support Assist field technicians with back-end office needs throughout the day. Provide technicians with customer information, scheduling updates, and service details. Help resolve scheduling or customer-related issues that arise in the field. Process and organize paperwork, service documentation, and other administrative items. Act as a communication link between customers, technicians, and management. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration, customer service, scheduling, sales, or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and basic office applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Sales experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and communicate effectively is essential. Pest control industry experience is helpful but not required ; training will be provided. The right person will be comfortable talking with customers, helping technicians, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the business moving. Work Schedule 4 days in the office + 1 remote day per week This is an important operational role, so the successful candidate must be able to work effectively both independently from home and collaboratively with management and the field team in the office.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
