- Office Manager Primary Responsibilities include: Your main responsibility is the seamless management of office operations and fundamental accounting workflows , ensuring accurate financial tracking and administrative efficiency.
Financial & Accounting Tasks:
Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accurately using QuickBooks; assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and basic financial record-keeping.Office Operations:
Oversee daily administrative workflows, maintain organized corporate spaces, and manage office vendor relationships.Software & Documentation:
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to draft communications, build spreadsheets, manage digital calendars, and file electronic records.Administrative Support:
Assist executive leadership and staff with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, mail processing, and central email management.Front Desk & Client Relations:
Serve as the professional face of the firm—greeting incoming corporate guests and answering high-volume phone inquiries with a polished demeanor.Supply & Facility Control:
Monitor and order office supplies as needed to keep operations fully stocked and running without interruption.Office Manager Requirements include:
Required Accounting Experience:
Direct, hands-on experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) in a professional office environment.Software Proficiency Required:
Proven expertise using QuickBooks and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Office Management Background:
2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Senior Administrative Coordinator role.Professional Demeanor:
