Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee daily office operations, manage financial records, and support our team with administrative excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a positive attitude to help us maintain our reputation for quality and trust. This is not a position for someone looking to simply complete a list of administrative tasks each day. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Duties Scheduling customer appointments Managing and updating customer information in our CRM Coordinating window measurement appointments Scheduling installations with customers and installation teams Tracking jobs throughout the sales, measurement, ordering, and installation process Preparing and sending customer invoices Collecting and accurately recording customer payments Assisting customers with financing paperwork and processes Maintaining accurate financial and transaction records Handling general bookkeeping responsibilities Organizing job documentation and customer records Communicating with customers, sales representatives, installers, and management Identifying issues before they become problems and helping keep projects on schedule Assisting with additional office and administrative responsibilities as the company grows Experience Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be extremely organized and detail-oriented Be comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time Communicate professionally with customers and team members Have strong computer and data-entry skills Be comfortable working with CRM and accounting software Understand the importance of accurate financial records Follow through without needing constant supervision Be willing to solve problems instead of simply passing them along Take accountability for their responsibilities Want to learn, improve, and take on greater responsibility as the company grows Previous office management, bookkeeping, accounting, construction, or home-improvement industry experience is a plus.
Pay:
$25.05 - $30.17 per hourBenefits:
