If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Neel-Schaffer, Inc., we are seeking a dynamic and talented Office Administrator to join our team in Arlington, TX. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities to include:
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Process invoices, expense reports, bank deposits, and other accounting procedures. Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and/or related software tools; Deltek experience or similar accounting software preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
