Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities Support office staff and contractors with day-to-day operations Manage large projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner Monitor daily invoices Create invoices for certain commercial calls Create or assist in creating estimates and/or invoices Inventory control, including: submitting PO's/online orders, receiving shipments, periodic inventory counts, special orders as needed, office supplies Ship filter orders as needed License and certification renewals Customer and service support Occasional advertising efforts Communicate with contractors and builders Other duties as assigned Requirements Driven to take ownership of administrative workflows and office logistics with minimal oversight Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Google applications: docs, sheets, drive, etc. Excellent computer skills - ability to easily learn new software Strong written and verbal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Office experience in plumbing and/or other service-oriented companies will be given special consideration Proficient in QuickBooks Online Familiarity in field management software Proficient in Canva Proficient in Facebook/Instagram/Google ads Graphic Design If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment while developing your skills in operations management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Office Manager.
