Job Description

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, employee support, facility needs, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, work independently, and take ownership of keeping operations organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities Office & Daily Operations Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Manage supplies, equipment, files, correspondence, and general office needs. Identify issues and improve procedures to increase efficiency. Serve as a primary contact for office-related questions. Vendor & Facility Management Coordinate vendors and service providers for IT, phones, cleaning, maintenance, and other services. Request quotes, schedule services, and assist with vendor relationships. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, office moves, and facility projects. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Administrative & Employee Support Provide administrative support to management and leadership. Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and schedules. Assist with reports, tracking, mailing, shipping, and administrative projects. Maintain employee records, contact information, and internal files. Assist with new employee onboarding and required paperwork. Support employees with general administrative questions. Team & Process Management Supervise and support administrative staff as applicable. Communicate expectations and follow up on outstanding items. Identify opportunities to improve processes and eliminate unnecessary steps. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, financial, and company information. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of office administration, office management, or related experience. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, personable, and customer-service-oriented. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software. Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. What We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership, communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys finding solutions . The right person will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, supporting the team, improving processes, and helping keep the office running efficiently.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
