Salary, Non-Exempt The Operations Office Manager primarily manages the administrative functions of the Operations department with additional support given to the Finance department. Essential Functions Processes work orders through the maintenance ticketing system and provides status reports to appropriate parties as needed. Schedules work with 3rd party vendors and communicates effects of work on facilities. Manges warranty and related operations paperwork and service records. Works with the facilities coordinator on the management of facilities for events and other uses by the school community. Assists with risk management processes including the management of certificates of insurance and appropriate coverages for 3rd parties on campus. Provides administrative assistance to the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Serves as a backup to certain financial control and processing functions within the finance office. Create, manage and assist with ad hoc processes and reports as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Preference of at least two years in a professional office setting. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization. Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities. Working knowledge and skill of basic business software, including word processing, spreadsheet and data base tracking systems. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Generally works in standard office conditions and climate. Works in a highly stressful environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines and a varied and diverse array of contacts. May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time.
