Are you an experienced Restoration Office Administrator, Project Coordinator, or restoration professional who understands what happens behind the scenes of a successful restoration operation? We're looking for someone who knows the insurance and restoration business , can keep projects and paperwork organized, and is comfortable working with the financial side of the operation. If you understand TPA work, insurance claims, and restoration processes —and you're strong with bookkeeping and accounting—this could be an excellent opportunity. What You'll Do Coordinate administrative and financial activities for restoration projects Work with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) and insurance-related processes Navigate platforms such as Alacrity and Contractor Connection Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records Handle reconciliation and financial documentation Support project managers and the restoration team with day-to-day coordination Help ensure projects, documentation, billing, and financial information stay accurate and organized Communicate with insurance-related contacts, vendors, customers, and internal team members What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings real-world restoration industry experience and understands the insurance side of the business. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in property restoration Experience with TPA programs Familiarity with Alacrity and Contractor Connection A solid understanding of the insurance business Experience with bookkeeping and accounting Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail Excellent organization and follow-through The ability to communicate effectively and keep multiple priorities moving Compensation $60,000-$65,000 per year , depending on experience.
