Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager Front Office to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key ambassador of our hospitality brand, you will motivate your team to deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing a warm welcome to all guests. Oversee guest services operations, including handling special requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication. Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Lead efforts to enhance guest relations by addressing feedback proactively and implementing service improvements. Train and develop team members on hospitality management best practices, including hotel management software and guest interaction protocols. Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within a resort or similar setting. Strong background in customer service with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk systems, and hotel management software is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and efficiently. Knowledge of phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest services best practices is required. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hospitality standards is preferred. $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
