Job Description

We are seeking a Automotive Accounts Administrator to process deals, vehicle titles, license plates and registration. In addition this role will reconcile bills and invoices. If you have deep administrative experience, managing dealership paperwork and financial recordkeeping, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Deal Processing:
Review and organize customer sales agreements, keeping all client transaction files properly structured from start to finish.
Title & Registration Management:
Manage the dealership's vehicle title processing lifecycle, handling all documentation, state system entries in webDEALER, and make regular title office runs to ensure smooth deal closures.
Plate Administration & Compliance:
Oversee point-of-sale plate setups and paperwork compliance, proactively resolving any state or document discrepancies efficiently.
Billing & Invoice Entry:
Handle accounts-level administrative tasks, including processing incoming vendor bills, logging invoices into our system of record, and performing day-to-day financial reconciliations.
Recordkeeping & Audit Readiness:
Maintain clean, meticulously organized records across both title management and accounting workflows to keep daily operations audit-ready. Professional Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant administrative roles. Experience working in a fast-paced office or administrative environment, managing complex paperwork and workflows. Comfortable using digital office software systems, and electronic documents. Exceptional data entry precision and a structured approach to managing legal and financial documents. Prior experience handling vehicle title work, state registrations, or working within an automotive dealership environment is a strong plus. A proven track record of consistent attendance and punctuality, viewing this role as a long-term career commitment. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and operational demands without supervision. What We Offer $20 - $23/hr, based on experience. A 5-day a week environment and guaranteed Sundays off. Training on automotive account administration, compliance and systems. Opportunities for advancement in a established, growing business.
