Front Office Administrator

March 9, 2026 Front Office Administrator Irving, TX $60,000 - $70,000 / per year Apply Now Back Job Description We are hiring a Front Office & Administrative Support professional for a mid-sized manufacturing company in Irving, TX. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-site in Irving, TX Salary- 60K-75K This role is primarily front desk focused. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees while helping keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly. You will also support multiple departments including operations, accounting, and marketing as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and create a professional first impression
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Maintain an organized and professional front office area
• Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with billing support, invoice tracking, and basic administrative tasks
• Support operations and production teams with documentation and communication needs
• Help coordinate small internal meetings and company events
• Provide general administrative support across departments Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of administrative or office support experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, on-site office setting
