The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in office management, with a focus on creating an efficient and productive work environment. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, and ensure that all office functions run smoothly. This position requires strong skills in computer work, spread sheets, emailing and knowing Versa Works is a big plus We do custom vinyl decals through versa works software with a Roland printer/cutter. Knowing how to maintain and improve website data is important Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments. Handle phone etiquette professionally when interacting with clients and vendors. Experience Proven experience in office management or a similar role is essential. Strong skills in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Familiarity with payroll systems and employee record management is preferred. Experience in training development to foster employee growth is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, both verbally and in writing.
