Job Description

IMPORTANT

•Overview Coach Specialists of Texas is a trusted RV and specialty vehicle repair facility dedicated to providing high-quality service and a smooth customer experience. Our shop services a wide range of vehicles, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fleet vehicles, and custom specialty units. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, honest communication, and dependable service. We are seeking an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in automotive customer service, building relationships with customers, and supporting a growing office team. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally through various communication channels and create a welcoming office environment Assist with day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems Coordinate scheduling for customer appointments and respond to customer inquiries Maintain scheduling calendar and follow-up logs for incoming leads Handle payments, receipts, and light billing tasks Ensure front-office areas and customer areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming to all guests Conduct CSI calls, surveys, and reporting Handle customer complaints and coordinate through the appropriate channels Enter estimates of record and other administrative tasks into estimating software Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance services Uphold professional phone etiquette and excellent communication standards across all interactions Assist with other administrative support items as needed (ex: facility projects, team event coordination, etc.) Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles in automotive or similar industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software Experience in CCC One estimating software is a plus! Professional appearance and positive attitude Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure Requires ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25lbs What We Offer 401(k) with matching
