Front Office Administrator Location:
Midland, TX Salary:
$50,000-$65,000
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM Position Overview A well-established wealth management and family office in Midland, TX is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly dependable Front Office Administrator to join its team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for high-net-worth individuals and families . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, and wants the opportunity to grow. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients and families Greet clients, offer refreshments, and ensure a welcoming, professional office experience Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and positive energy Assist with scheduling, follow-up, correspondence, and general administrative needs Maintain an organized and professional front office environment Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members Manage multiple priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment Assist the team with special projects and day-to-day office operations Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Ideal Candidate Professional, personable, and confident communicating with clients Strong phone presence and customer-service mindset Positive, upbeat personality with a willingness to help Highly organized with excellent follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working with affluent and high-net-worth clientele Professional business-casual presentation Finance/business graduates interested in building a career in wealth management are encouraged to apply Candidates transitioning from education, hospitality, customer service, or other highly people-focused environments may also be a strong fit Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$65,000 base salary , depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer match Bonus potential Monthly wellness benefit Catered team lunch every Friday Early Friday schedule Potential opportunity to obtain financial industry licensing and grow within the organization #AO9
