Job Description
Job Summary The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations and provide support to the sales and production team at Cornerstone Metal Products. This role will work to ensure: efficient office workflows, secure handling of cash receipts, accurate documentation on purchase and sales orders, great customer service, posting of production work orders, and building sales quotes and schedules. The Office Manager serves as the liaison of information between the accounting, sales and production teams to ensure accuracy and accountability. The ideal individual is highly motivated, detail oriented, proactive, and committed to excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain vendor and customer accounts
- Generate and maintain company purchase orders and sales orders
- Create and maintain company items and inventory
- Receive company inventory and verify against open purchase orders
- Create and maintain customer pricing schedules
- Post completed production work orders
- Prepare and create customer quotes and invoices
- Manage accounts receivables by processing customer payments via cash, check or credit card
- Process daily bank deposits
- Build positive customer relationships by following projects through completion Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience in either administration, sales, or management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiar with an ERP or order-management system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other related office products
